*We create a special menu for Christmas Eve & News Years Eve dinners, there is a surcharge of €45 / adults and €35 / children. 

The given prices are per person / per night and exclude the resort tax of €3,20 / day, and include Half Pension (unless otherwise stated). 

Children 15 years and under do not pay resort tax. 

Free use of the Wellness- & Spa Zone. 

Free onsite parking.

Additional adults (over the standard occupancy) receive a 20% discount off the standard rate. 

In some rooms it is possible to have an additional childrens bed, above the stated maximum occupancy. It is not possible to book this directly online. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. 

When a child shares a room with 2 full-paying adults (or one adult in the single room): 

• Children 0-3 years 100% discount
• Children 4-10 years 60% discount
• Children 11-17 years 40% discount
• Children aged 15 and under pay no resort tax.

To secure your reservation a deposit of 30% is payable. 

We politely request the payment to be made within a week of making the booking.

Our Cancellation Policy: 

The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply. 

• Cancellation 90 days or more before arrival: no charge
• 90 - 30 days: 40% of the booking price is charged
• 29 - 8 days: 70%
• Within 7 days: 90% 
• Early departure & no-show: 100%
• Arriving with fewer guests than booked: 90%
• Cancellations are only valid when received in writing

For cancellations with a credit card deposit, we charge a processing fee as we incur costs from the third-party provider. This fee varies depending on the value of the deposit. 

Insurance: 

We highly recommend taking out a travel or hotel insurance policy. Our partners Europäische Reiseversicherung offer a range of policies. 

There is also the chance to purchase this insurance during the online booking process. 

We recognize that pets are part of the family and they are more than welcome to join you on your holiday in our hotel. 

Below are some policies and guidelines for your furry friend so that you both have a harmonious stay here in Galtür and the Galtürerhof

Please note:

• We charge a daily fee for additional cleaning (€10).
• Bring your own bowls, bedding, food, drink. We are happy to store food in the hotel fridge for you. 
• Respect that perhaps not all guests are animal lovers, please keep your pet on a lead when in common areas of the hotel. 
• Dogs are not permitted in the dining room, bar or wellness area. 
• To avoid damage to our bedding and furniture, please do not allow animals on the bed/chairs/sofas. 
• Let us know if there is something in the room that needs attention. Accidents happen! It is usually best that stains are treated fresh, so please tell us asap. 
• The overnight rate for pets covers the additional cleaning that pets generally create in the rooms and hallways. If any extra cleaning or if repairs are required we will have to charge an extra fee, depending on the extent of the cleaning or damage.
• If you are going hiking with your dog, please have a read of the brochure on what to do when your dog meets grazing cattle.

Please let us know when booking if you will be bringing your four-legged friend. 

Free parking is available onsite. 

On arrival, please park in front of the main entrance and we will allocate your carpark at check in. 

We can organise underground carparking on request (offsite) for € 15 /day
